Do you want to target ads to fans of your Page?
Well now you can. Facebook Ads are a great way to reach your exact audience on Facebook. We’re happy to announce the ability to target Facebook Ads only to users who have become a fan of your Page with connections targeting. Connections targeting allows you to target your ads to users who have already connected with content on Facebook including fans of your Page. Simply look for the “Connections: Target users who are connected to” field in the ad targeting interface to get started. As you begin to type the name of your Page in the field, the names of Pages and other eligible content you manage on Facebook will appear in the type-ahead. Use this opportunity to increase engagement, drive traffic back to your Page, and promote special offers to users who have already raised their hand for more information and are interested in your business.
You can also choose to increase the number of fans and page views to your Page by excluding connections from seeing your Facebook Ad. To do so, simply look for the “Connections: Target users who are not already connected to:” field in the ad targeting interface. Find new fans and drive traffic.
In addition to connections targeting, we’ve launched a few other Facebook Ads targeting filters. You can now target a single Facebook Ad to multiple countries – up to 25 – by adding them to your Location targeting. Or you can choose to offer a special birthday greeting to Facebook users on their birthday. Simply create a new ad and select the “Birthday” box.
