Basically it means just to let your inner dictator out. El This is England In Sweden we don't have separate words for skinhead and bonehead ('tis mostly only they themselves who know the difference), so for many (I should maybe write "most") people in Sweden skinhead is equal to nazi. Which of course is a great social failure. -_-
