El RefWorks We have just been advised that Dialog plans to launch a direct export (DE) to RefWorks from their Data Star service on January 11th. The DE will be available for Data Star Web and Data Star Classic on the Web. Over 120 databases in total will have the ability to export into RefWorks. A complete listing of the files will be up on our web site soon.

Early this morning the RefWorks servers were completely upgraded. This upgrade went smoothly however, we do have a couple of outstanding issues to report.
1. Athens authentication is not available at this time. We are in contact with Athens a expect to resolve this issue early on Monday. If you need to access your RefW...orks account via Athens, please send an email to support@refworks-cos.com for a temporary workaround. 2. Directly exporting from Scopus is not working as well. We are also in contact with them on this issue and should see a resolution soon. We thank you for your patience and as always, if you have anything to report please send an email to support as we are closely monitoring at this time.

Hi!
As a student at Kings´ College London I´ve got access to RefWorks through Athens and I work from home on a Mac. After the upgrade I´m not able to log on to RefWorks, but get a message saying `You are logged into the Athens service, but you do not have permission to access this particular resource. Your session has n...ow been terminated´.
I´ve got hand in of my disertation Monday morning and ISS is closed till then so a tiny tad panicky here.
Anyone else with the same problem?
Anyone know if this is something that is worked on to be fixed?
Anyone know what to do?
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Hi. Question about importing: I have a bunch of references from pubmed (saved it as txt file, medline) but when i actually import the file it says "No references imported - Make sure you selected the
correct Import Filter and that the data you are importing is in a
tagged format." thanks
